Hotel accomodation and transfer are not included in the conference fee.
In case the registered delegate cancels his participation after May 1 2021, the fee is not returned. All applications as to the registration fee return are to be made in written form to the Organizer.
All equivalent substitutes within 1 company are permitted without additional payment.
